Staying True to Our Mission, Growing Together — Zhoushan Three-Day Team Building

From August 15th to 17th, 2025, our company organized a three-day island retreat in Zhoushan, bringing together colleagues and their families. This journey was not only a time for relaxation, but also an opportunity to strengthen team spirit — uniting our efforts and energizing our collective drive as we embark on the company’s next chapter.
Day 1, we greeted the morning sun and crossed the Colorful Hangzhou Cross-Sea Bridge and Zhoushan Islands Cross-Sea Bridge. Like dragons resting on the waves, the bridges connected mountains and seas, symbolizing our teamwork in overcoming challenges and advancing steadily toward our goals. In the afternoon, we experienced Xijiang River rafting, navigating both thrilling rapids and serene stretches, blending excitement and tranquility.
Day 2 deepened our connection with the sea and each other. Early morning, we visited Shaoji Fishing Village, exploring the tidal flats and uncovering hidden surprises. Later, at Daqingshan Forest Park, we enjoyed sun, sand, and waves, strolling barefoot while the sea breeze brushed away fatigue. The highlight was sailing into the open sea, surrounded by 360° panoramic views of endless blue. In the evening, a bonfire and barbecue party brought everyone together, celebrating teamwork with laughter, music, and dancing around the flames.
Day 3, we embraced the summer warmth at Xiaowushitang Black Pebble Beach. Playing in the waves and sand highlighted the warmth of collaboration, and raising a toast by the bonfire reflected our shared commitment. Each meal, each wave, marked a chapter of unity and growth.
This Zhoushan journey not only captured our collective footprints but also reinforced the belief of “staying true to our mission and uniting our strength.” As this trip concluded, a new chapter begins. With the bonds forged and the energy gathered, we will navigate toward greater heights and write the next chapter of our company’s development — together.
